This document describes how to create an audio file from either text or SSML input using Text-to-Speech. You can also review the Text-to-Speech basics article if you are unfamiliar with concepts like speech synthesis or SSML. To add a Ring doorbell to Google Home, you'll need the Google Home and Google Assistant apps and the Ring app.
In a browser, open theGoogle Assistant Ring services web page and select Send to device. Choose the Google Home device you want to connect to the Ring. You'll receive a notification; tap it and enter the required information. You can connect Google Home to several Bluetooth speakers simultaneously. While you can't connect Google Home to a TV physically, you can plug a Chromecast device into your TV and set it up with the Google Home app. Once the Chromecast is linked to Google Home, use Google Assistant voice commands to stream video to your TV from compatible apps.

You'll see a list of your Google Home devices, each with its user-specified name and image. Also, make sure you have the wireless network name and password handy. By default, the name of your device will be Google Home Mini speaker. But you can change the name of your smart speaker to something more specific or descriptive.

When the pop-up menu appears, select Settings. If Google Home is having trouble hearing you after you've paired the speaker, make sure you're talking to Google Home itself and not the newly paired speaker. Enter your address if you want to get customized local data for traffic, weather, and other services. Tap the speaker button that's right under the playback buttons. Whether you want to pair it with Spotify, YouTube Music, or another app, Google Home will serve you your favorites.

YouTube Music, for instance, doesn't have any quick selection buttons for alternative devices like Spotify does. The connection between the devices is established in a few seconds, and your speaker will start playing your music. On the next screen, you’ll be asked if Google Home can access your personal information, such as your calendar, notes, flight info, and so on.
